The best answer to this is NO. There are two reasons you can't put regular vape juice in a JUUL. 1) JUUL pods are not refillable. They are disposable. 2) If you are referring to non-nicotine salts vape juice, that is not designed to be used in most pods systems.
Now, there are some companies out of China who sell refillable pods that actually fit and fire on a JUUL device. Technically, you could buy some of those and fill them with the nic salts juice of your choice and vape them as if they were original JUUL pods. We don't recommend this as the JUUL device is designed to be used with closed pods.
If you still want to provide your own vape juice in a pod system, you're much better off opting for a different system which is designed for this. Our most popular refillable vaping pod systems today include:
Any of these systems allow you to fill the pods with your vape juice of choice. Most, however, are also designed to work best with nic salts vape juice. If you use non-nic salts, the coils may not perform optimally, and you'll probably burn through the coils much quicker.
If you love the JUUL device, but not the JUUL pod flavors, you can also buy compatible pods that are made by other manufacturers. Those pods are also disposable (not refillable). We have lots of JUUL-compatible pods available from 25mg all the way up to 60mg nic salts strength. The most popular JUUL-compatible pods today are:

The better question would be, "Can you kill yourself with vape juice?" Well, sure. You can kill yourself with a soup spoon, too. If you do not use things the way they are intended to be used, yes, you can injure or kill yourself. This also applies to vape juice. If you drink an entire 100ml bottle of high-nicotine vape juice and are able to keep it down, you'll definitely become sick and you may die. Why would anyone do that?
